Student Pack include:

• All theory information
• Waiver Agreement (signed and handed to you for record keeping)
• Face Diagram (to be used during practical training)
• Tests and Quizez (100% pass mark required)
• Presentations
• Video

Student registration process:

1) You buy the package for your student.  You send us proof of the payment and her registration form via email.

2) After step 1, we will ship Protocol kit to you.

3) After step 1, we will email student the student pack to the email address on her registration form.

4) On the practical day, student hands you:  Signed Waiver Agreement and Completed Theory Certificate.

5) After practical you inform us that student has passed the practical section.

6) Ater step 5, we will certify student and send student the certificate via email.
